Chuck Newman is a Co-Editor of The Report, the quarterly journal of the New York State Council on Divorce Mediation. The Spring 2012 issue contains a lead article by Mr. Newman, about an interview of Justice Jeffrey Sunshine, who is the Supervising Matrimonial Judge of New York State Supreme Court, Kings County. Much of the article is about divorce in Brooklyn and how mediation can be used in divorce cases, both voluntarily and when directed by a Judge.
